Ingredients:
cooked rice (Half-baked).
Kanad fish fried and Spicy
(kana:Type of fish known in the Arabian Gulf and descended from a family tuna) .
Medium slices potato fries.
carrot divided circles.
Cool pepper, sliced.
Laurel galleries.
1 tomato cut small pieces.
Onion, chopped.
3 cloves garlic, mashed.
little of parsley and coriander, chopped
Directions:
-Heating mix of main oil you use it usually with a little olive oil and then rotate the onion
and garlic until get gilden color.
-Then add tomato and let fade a bit, then add carrots, pepper rings and cold Nhrkh slightly .
-Then add the fried potatoes and salt and a little spice and a little turmeric.
-Then add a layer of rice and filling
-Then fried fish and fried onions
-Then put the rest of the rice and then we cover with ACP and put it on low heat for 15 minutes.
I'm going to have this recipe cooked here at home. I'll make one :D
